PRIZES AND PAYMENTS: Any prize and payment terms as may be specified from time to time shall apply exclusively between us and you. Your understanding is confirmed by your continued participation in games offered by BC 49.

COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND REGULATIONS: Your participation in games offered by BC 49 is subject to all applicable laws and regulations regarding gaming.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: We shall not be liable under any circumstances, including but not limited to for consequential losses or damages arising from participation in games on our platform.

CANCELLATION OF ACCOUNTS AND TERMINATION: We reserve the right, without notice and in our absolute discretion, at any time with immediate effect to: (a) cancel your account; (b) change or modify these Terms and Conditions.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

The construction, validity, interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which BC 49 is registered.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT: These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between us and you with respect to your participation on our platform.
